Designed to assist arts organizations throughout the nation to develop or expand educational partnerships with their local school systems. TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Deadline: Jan 29, 2010
The Fund for Teachers provides grants to PK-12 classroom teachers so that they can participate in training and enriching activities that will improve and enhance their skills and capacities as teachers.

MUZAK HEART AND SOUL FOUNDATION: Music Matters: Applications Cycle for 2009 is closed. Watch for information about 2010.
Music Matters Grants for 2010 will focus on educational reform in school music programs and independent music programs. Applications must be postmarked or received via email by February 5th, 2010. Grant amounts for this cycle are between $1,000-$12,000 each and are made on an annual one-time basis.
